Inspection, Straightening & Honing

Inspection by qualified inspectors to keep knives within exacting standards set for them; honing on a honing stand with fine Arkansas honing wheels & soft stone; and straightening by hand and on a hydraulic straightening machine - all ensure a knife will more than match your needs.
